Today's business model is to shift blame and unless you're a "Karen" and raise a ruckus you don't find business's that take care of customers. We are waiting on permit information as well. Initial review: The home we purchased was remodeled by Ironclad. Sold under false pretenses (3rd bedroom is not a bedroom). No flashing = pouring windows and damage in every room. This was not a remodeling project, this was a "move-in ready" home purchased by ironclad and remodeled by their own expectations and they have failed to provide the basic necessities like flashing; something every building contractor should know. There were numerous mess ups that would be considered inexperienced, the carpet was not binded and had a rough patch job trying to hide the hole. The bathroom had a barn door that had no lock or privacy, you could see the street from the toilet. New doors that were cut off on the bottom so the door handle is extra low and you have to slam every one close cause it stops at the frame. Also the porch was build incorrectly making it impossible to fence the back yard. There was also a lot of little details missed like no caulking on the toilet or windows.

He said it was only six years old and that he would guarantee it for like five years. Two weeks after he installed my furnace, mind you this is mid January there's no heat. About two weeks after that I woke up again to no heat. This happened three more times between early February and Mid April. They answered when I called them the first time, but after that They never even return my phone calls. When they installed my furnace, I paid for the furnace and central air to be installed. They install the condenser but never hooked up my central air. It is currently still sitting in my backyard. when they would not come out to look at my furnace after the second time it shut down, I had my appliance protection through Black Hills energy come out and take a look at it. There are at least five code violations. A couple of days ago when we had really heavy rain I was walking past the furnace and I was getting rained on inside my home. I give them zero stars. Oh and I forgot, they left a big gaping hole on the ground underneath the furnace.

It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
