I pulled up their website to order flowers for my mother to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's Day. The order went through online and I put it out of my mind satisfied only to be left a voicemail at 3:30 that Friday saying they were sorry but they were out of stock and my online order would not be taken or processed. I tried calling and no answer an hour before close time. If they were out of stock ok but why was my order processed online and I allowed to make a payment. Then not answering the phone leaving me scrambling with an hour or so until businesses closed to order something for my mother to have for the day was nerve wrecking! Do better and please answer the phone! It's very rude and i professional! read more

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday a week and a half early to I could get the flowers that I wanted. The girl taking the order said it would be not problem, along with the a turquoise ribbon.....My granddaughter sent me a photo of the flowers....It was not what I ordered...and neither was the ribbon. I am thoroughly disappointed, I will not ever order from this florist again. read more

If there was an option for ZERO stars I'd certainly choose that. This company has been consistently HORRIBLE. This past Valentine's Day we ordered flowers that did not arrive until two days AFTER the day. No call, no apology, no nothing. This past week we (trying to give them another try) ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday 4/13. To date (4/15) we still have no flowers. Again, no call, no explanation, no apology. NOTHING. The store now will not answer their phone and the VM is full. No doubt with other ANGRY customer calls. THIS IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL conduct EVER. A perfectly beautiful persons' birthday was ruined. read more

So disappointed and embarrassed. These were for a funeral and they were sad, wilted, and sparse. I paid $125 and wanted them to be full and bright. They were none of that. I was embarrassed my name was on the card. There were beautiful flowers from Tiger Lily. That's where I will be ordering from next read more

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE! They are accepting online flower orders but does not look like florist is even operating! A week ago I ordered flowers to be delivered, but they were never delivered. I have called the florist, but no one answers. I have tried leaving messages, but the voicemail is full. I have stopped by the florist during the day and both times it has been closed. The sign on the door said they were out preparing for a wedding and gave their phone number and email. I then emailed them, but no response. They are crooks. They have taken my money and not provided their services. I am going to have to go to my bank and contest the charges to try to get my money back. read more

DO NOT order from them!!! I have used them for years, and they have been amazing. Apparently they have either closed and gone out of business or something as they have drafted my account for Mother's Day flowers and did not deliver and do not answer their phone.....and voice mail is full. Am contacting Wells Fargo to try to cancel money drafted as they apparently are no longer in business.....and even after reporting to Teleflora, they say there is nothing they can do when a florist does not deliver. read more

We eloped to Isle of Palms, SC from Boston, MA and we're married this morning on the beach. When we arrived last week, we immediately started searching for a florist that could do just a simple bouquet of peonies. We stopped at Buy the Bunch and spoke with Jen. Now my standards for a florist are pretty high. BOTH of my parents are florists...so I know how the business works. So when Jen told us the flowers aren't really in season, and then made other suggestions, I was happy to see she was honest and made good recommendations. My bride-to-be was kind of particular. But after a great conversation with Jen, she settled on a great alternative. Imagine our surprise when the phone rang the next day. It was Jen saying she had located some peonies!!! My fiancé was THRILLED. We picked the bouquet up the night before the wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL. Thanks to Jen and Buy the Bunch for going the extra mile and making our wedding day extra special. read more

Ordered flowers online for a double birthday. The flowers were the best ever. I have been ordering flowers for over 30 years and this is one of the best ever. read more

Had a delivery sent to me through Buy The Bunch from my son who lived out of state . They were left at my doorstep , placed nicely onto a table I have on my porch and was followed up with a nice phone message telling me they were there since I was not home to receive them . They were beautiful , great quality flowers :) I'll definitely be ordering from them now that I know about them . Being new to the area it's nice to have a go to for flowers !! read more

Best event flowers around! Punctual, fresh & made like pieces of art. Every arrangement has a European twist that we don't encounter much in the south. I'm so grateful to of found buy the bunch & Natalie. read more

I just moved to the area and was surprised on my birthday by a GORGEOUS bouquet of flowers from my sister. She is on the West Coast so I knew she must have ordered online. As everyone knows, you pick something based on a picture and hope the flowers are close to what you chose. I sent my sister some for Mother's Day and although she loved them, she sent a pic with her "thank you" and I was completely disappointed. Definitely not the case this time......this was without a doubt the most INCREDIBLE flowers I've ever seen/sent/received. Tons of color, a wide variety of flowers/greenery surrounding pink and yellow roses......a week later, the roses are still beautiful! read more

I'm saddened by the lack of professionalism I experienced when Hurricane Irma altered our wedding plans. I called on September 7 to explain that our rental company boarded up our rental and that we should file a claim with our travel insurer, and that we had to cancel our wedding plans. I was told they would mail my refund to me. I followed up 2 weeks later by phone and was told the owner would get back with me. In early October I wrote a letter. As of today I have neither received a call back nor the refund I was told I would receive. read more

I ordered an urn wreath for my grandmothers funeral. The lady taking my order was very sympathetic and patient as I placed my order. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and I know my grandma would have loved it. I chose to order from here because my hairdresser used to have arrangements in her salon and they were always gorgeous. They clearly take pride in their work and it's not just a bunch of filler flowers. read more

I placed an expensive order a week prior for delivery. The order was never delivered and when I called repeatedly the next morning to speak to someone, my calls were forwarded to the FULL voicebox. They had the nerve to charge my credit card without giving me what I bought. .... Update...I have made over 20 calls and no one has answered and just keeps sending me to a full voice box. This is the worst Florist that I have ever dealt with in my life....I honestly don't know how you can run a business and advertise that you are open from 9:30 AM until 5 PM and not answer the phone. This business is an embarrassment to themselves...I wish I could post a picture but how can you post a picture when nothing was delivered to the address that I provided when I ordered the arrangement? I was finally able to speak to someone who told me that it was mis-delivered to a place across the street and I was also told that the delivery driver went to the right place? my question to her was how can he be at the right place when he went to the wrong address? read more

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Paula & Megan for their outstanding floral delivery for my daughter's wedding on June 8, 2012. My family ordered flowers at their local florist in Virginia to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day and I learned from the Virginia florist that the order was sent to Buy the Bunch. I didn't know this before following up, since the flowers NEVER ARRIVED!! According to the Virginia florist, the folks at Buy the Bunch apologized to them...but not to me, not to my family who ordered the flowers...just to the florist where the order was originally placed. And why were the flowers not delivered? According to the Virginia florist, "the order was overlooked." Oops. Stuff happens, I get it. Valentine's Day is busy, I get that too. But fess up to your mistakes to the people who matter: the customers!! Bottom line, this place will never get any of my business and my family knows to mention them specifically as a florist to avoid when placing an order from up in Virginia. I will also let as many people know about this experience as possible, because this is the sort of business where timing is important - if you need flowers for a funeral, you want them there at the funeral. A wedding without flowers just wouldn't be the same. And you might lose your Valentine if the flowers you ordered don't show up. Be safe, not sorry, and take your business elsewhere and when you do, be sure to confirm that the florist you use isn't going to lame out on you like Buy The Bunch did on me. read more

We're new to the area and were connected via an 800 ordering service. We ordered 2 sets of flowers for neighbors who were very helpful to us after a major surgery. Flowers were marked with the correct address, but delivered to the wrong address, a day late and left outside in 40 degree temps from noon - 5pm. I had to drive to pick them up and was embarrassed to see the condition. I called the owner Paula and she refused to reimburse me even though it was her driver who made the mistake, claiming I had to fight with the 800 service since they collected the money, of which she gets 70%. The 800 service performed their job, Paula didn't!!! When the other order we placed was not delivered on time either, we cancelled it. By The Bunch does not stand behind their work (or lack thereof) and we will never do business with them again. read more
