8/29/2025 stopped to pickup feed. Looking for beet pulp, found shelf empty again. It's happened…read morebefore. Tried to ask an employee if there was any in the warehouse. The employee was rude and never stopped to answer the question. At the check out I asked when this product would be back in stock. The same rude employee was asked by the clerk for status. Now he responded that there might be some in the warehouse. I asked if the investigation would take long, his response "IT WILL TAKE AS LONG AS IT TAKES". I left the store and vowed to never return. The good news is I found all the feed I was buying at Tractor Supply elsewhere at a substantial savings. So thank you rude employee for helping me find a better way.

Being from TEXAS; I simply climbed into the kennel to get a closer look of baby chicks we WERE going to purchase all of them. BUT LIKE IN TEXAS; we are allowed to walk in look pick the ones I WANT and have no issues especially when I'm spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. However with another assistant standing there he never stated we couldn't go in nor does any signs say that as well besides no climbing on gate. When my husband and I simply told him we had not ever heard of that rule due to us being from Texas. the jerk simply stated well Texas gets in a lot of trouble and then proceeded to act like a juvenile mocking my husband and I statements when we said we were from Texas and what not. After shopping in many of tractor supply locations this is the first and last time I will step foot into This store. Especially with the rudeness of a manager acting like a juvenile and mocking customers who simply did not know their store rules. However most managers who educate their customers not act like a juvenile or as if their higher than anyone else on this planet. Again RANDY; go back to training, learn how to educate , speak to customers and hold your remarks so your "secret shoppers" don't hear you being a pompous

HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THEY WORK OR NOT IF YOU DO NOT PUT GAS IN IT!!!!! Items must be fixed according to their policy: A gas-powered item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt if the item has not been used, is in the original package, and has not been filled with gas. If the item does not meet the rules above, the customer must take the item to an authorized center for repair. Unless the item is under warranty, repairs are at the customer's expense. There were other issues with the thrower my friend had purchased, shifting was very difficult for her, maneuvering was very difficult. All of which was found AFTER unboxing. She did not want the item. As of now it seems she is stuck with it, even after having taken to a repair facility. So a warning to all! Do not purchase the above listed items from Menard's!!!!

I have mixed feelings about Menards. I think that the way the store is laid out is a complete scam…read more They put the same kinds of products in different parts of the store and they often move products to keep you wandering around the store - a gimmick to get you to see more merchandise in hopes you'll buy more stuff. They say the average time a customer spends in the store is 44 min. That's a long time and it's probably due to the store layout. I tried reaching out to someone at Menards corporate to discuss this issue. They provide an email address, so I emailed them and asked if I could speak with someone on the phone. They replied that they do NOT deal with customers over the phone - only via email. What? What kind of customer service is that? How do people without computers or email communicate with Menards corporate? Silly, really. It's sad that Menards is the only large home improvement warehouse-type store in Marinette. Honestly, if you have the time, go to Home Depot in Green Bay. The three stars is for the employees - they rock! Becki, Kayla, Kathy and Mikayla are especially awesome.

Tom was referred to us by a friend, who recently had Tom do his floors. Boy am I glad we got that…read morereferral and called Tom! Now before you read any further, call Tom and book your flooring project with him, before someone else does, then finish reading this, as I assure you that by the time you're done reading this you'll really want to book with Tom! We were using a product on our floors that Tom was unfamiliar with, as are most flooring guys, because it is 'old school' and used far more in Australia, where my wife comes from, than here in the states. Tom also said he'd be more than happy to come over and look at our floors and read up on the product we were going to use. He was intrigued I believe. Tom showed up, looked over our floors, read the parts of the website I had printed out for the product we were going to use and immediately said he'd do the job. He also said he'd do more research on the product, how to use it to the greatest effect and the best way to apply it. All of which he did, and more! Tom really did his homework and knew the product inside and out before starting our job. Tom and I spoke a few times before he showed up on site and he explained his process and how things would play out. Tom was easy to get along with and always had a good suggestion to add to any discussion about the upcoming project. I felt very comfortable going into the project with Tom handling everything and letting us know what to expect. When Tom showed up on site the first day, he was nothing but professional. He walked us through the project from start to finish, explaining the process to us in even more detail and answered all our final questions. He also reiterated his 'dustless' system promise again, saying that there would probably be more dust on our already cleaned surfaces now than when he was done. Spoiler alert, Tom's 'dustless' system is really just that 'dustless'! Then Tom got to work. He prepped the job site and inspected the entire floor area, making certain that all was as he wished before moving forward. He found and fixed a couple of things and then started the sanding process. It took Tom two days to completely sand our floors and the attention to detail he paid was extraordinary! No matter what the issue was Tom had it well in hand. We had a few areas that needed fixing with epoxy and Tom took such care in fixing them that though I know where they are, it still takes me a minute or two to find them now that they are fixed. There were also a couple of things which hadn't been done right when we got our floors done initially years before, which Tom corrected to perfection. It was then time to apply our Waterlox Original tung oil finish. Tom was able to apply only one coat of this product in each 24 hour period, and we wanted 5 coats, so Tom would be there for an hour or so five days in a row. The first coat simply disappeared into the wood of the floor and left a beautiful color, but no sheen at all. The second coat got better and with the third we started to see some of the sheen we were looking for. Between the third and fourth coat Tom buffed the floor to knock down any 'grain-raise' and smooth out the floor for the final two coats. With the last two coats, Tom and the Waterlox tung oil finish really made the floors come to life and glow like we had expected them to! Our floors are some of the most beautiful wood floors I've seen anywhere and Tom was the guy who brought them back to life for us. Tom was on time every time, he was knowledgable about everything wood floor related, he was honest, reliable, fair minded, and his price for doing all this was more than reasonable for all that he put into our project. At the end of the day he gave us the best product we could have hoped for at a fair price and there were no surprises. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to get their floors refinished, without hesitation! See, I told you that you'd really want to book with Tom by the time you got done reading this. Now, if you haven't already done so, call Tom!
