Lately their prices are noticeably higher, in some cases a lot higher, than other liquor stores nearby. The selection is still decent, but it's hard to justify shopping here anymore when better prices can be found just down the road. This is a great little local liquor store with great customer service. During the summer time I was super happy that they carried the "Not Your Fathers Root Beer and Vanilla Creme Ale" which are DELICIOUS. His name was Louis and he was very nice and helpful with not even a hint of annoyance of us coming so late. He helped us pick out a wine and we were on our way. After looking at my ID, she told me I "looked better" in my picture than in real life. Rude and uncalled for. I don't know if she was trying to be funny, but it made me uncomfortable. The second time I went to this store was a few days ago. My family just relocated to the area, so this liquor store is much closer. My cashier was an older man (assuming this is Peter, who was mentioned in the most recent review). I am a woman in my early twenties, and I left feeling uncomfortable and angry. He called me "baby-face" with an almost flirty tone. When I showed him my ID, he read me my name and said we would "get along just fine" because he's had very good luck with women with my name. Talk about inappropriate. He then tried to show off his car to me through the security camera footage, mentioning (in a very creepy tone) that I was younger than the car he drives every day. Upon leaving, he smiled and said he hoped he would see me in the store soon and more frequently. It's worth the longer trip to go to any other liquor store.
