They had a decent selection of basic household items and seasonal stuff, and I was able to find what I needed without too much hunting around. The store does feel short staffed, which slows things down and makes the visit less efficient overall. The employees who were working were polite, just clearly stretched thin. Keep in mind there are 30 people waiting in line. She put her coat on and went outside to smoke a cigarette and left one person to run the register!!! I put my items down and walked out and sure enough she was outside smoking. She should've caught the line up before she went outside. I would fire her immediately! So many people walked out because the line was clear to the other end of the store! I will NEVER shop this store again. Her attitude sucked and she was VERY rude to the customers. I don't know how to feel about Ollie's... In the toys section in particular, they had toys and it looked like when they got more..they just shoved the new in front of the old and any other nook and cranny they could find. I was also surprised that their slogan is "good stuff cheap" when..it's really not that good (random off brands and not too great condition-wise) and not that cheap either (at best a dollar off here or there). I don't think I'll be back soon. I'll stick to Walmart, Target, and such where I can find name brands and not have to dig through the shelves.
