The first time I looked at the boat they told me about an issue with the trailer and with enormous amounts of integrity went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect. I've had the boat for 3 months now ... we've had a great time with it and and it has run flawlessly. I've called a couple times to figure out things with the boat that I didn't understand and they've continued to go above and beyond to help me including FaceTiming me while I was with this sleek watercraft. They continue to impress me despite the relatively minuscule amount of cash I spent with them compared to buying a new Malibu. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I live 5 hours South of WSA Fort Worth and wouldn't hesitate to come back to purchase from them again (there are other Malibu dealers in between us). If I could give them 11 stars (one louder), I would - because these guys deserve it and have earned it.

They picked up our boat and upon return, the boat was missing one of the decal letters for Moomba on the side and told us we could pay over $500 to purchase all letters to replace the one they lost. They lost the part, and asked us to pay to fix, and ignored me once I asked how that made sense. I brought this up after further issues noted below, and they continue to refuse to replace the letter they lost. The boat was returned and was making unnatural noises when in neutral, and they ended up having to take it back into the shop to repair. I do not understand how they did not hear this, unless they never actually ran the boat after the repairs in water like they said they had. After a few months the boat was finally operating normally. We utilized the slalom shop for winter proof services and subsequently to prep it for summer. The details included oil check, ensuring the boat was ready to run for summer, etc. The relationship went fully south with them once we called them out after checking our cameras. Their tech was only on the dock at the property for six minutes. There was no way they could have performed what they promised in that time, and attempted to charge us. They were clearly upset with us when we asked how they could have performed the steps they charged us for in that amount of time, and their responses (excuses) made no sense. Finally, when we notified them there was blistering on the hull from the previous prop and impeller repairs, they started a yelling match over the phone, blaming us and accusing us of trying to "get free repairs". This location knows they are one of the few in the area, and will take advantage of you. They never responded or offered to fix the decal situation, didn't repair our boat correctly the first time and we had to be the ones to point it out at delivery (leading me to question if they ran the boat after repairs at all), and take an attitude when you ask if the services you paid for were actually done appropriately.

We have asked for these things 6-8 times with Cole and then with Matt who did the demo and the actual sales paperwork. 5 months later we still have nothing! Neither Cole or Matt responded. There are many other marinas in the area to choose from so stay away from Eagle Point. We were told they would take our steel bottom houseboat and rent us a slip. We paid a shipper, believing the word of Eagle Point, to deliver the boat to Eagle Point. We needed minor work done to satisfy our insurance company and EP agree to do the work. The boat sat for about a month at their marina. After they completed the work they called me to make payment, which I did. No less than an hour after I made payment, Dan, their maintenance supervisor, called me, and with enthusiasm told me they would not take my boat and I had to have it removed from their property. He was very happy to drop this news on me and obviously enjoyed delivering the bad, expensive and inconvenient news. I said, "My boat sat there for a month. You charged me a lot of money and once you had my money, within an hour, you call me telling me you won't take the boat and I have to come get it." He stammered, stuttered and then replied, "Well, I told you I don't like to work on steel houseboats to being with.. so..." Well, he sure made is point by screwing us over, and he did so with glee - after working on our boat and taking our money. A sad little king over a sad little kingdom. They charged us $1,000 to remove our boat from a shipper's trailer (and it sat for a month), put it on stands, and later back on the shipper's trailer. Then, after they didn't keep their word, we, at our added expense, had to have the boat transported elsewhere where we were charged only $440 to have the boat taken off the shipper's trailer, put on stands and later placed in the water. Eagle Point did a very similar action and charged $1,000 for it. Follow the money . . . When I took issue with them not keeping their word, the cost of moving the boat from trailer to stands and back as well as my cost of having the boat transported AGAIN, I was told, "We don't work on steel houseboats" by Connie. Well, they did and obviously do work on them, but only to take people's money with smart-ass glee. They certainly did take mine and with such and attitude. They cost me a lot. Stay away from Eagle Point, Dan and Connie. Sub-standard of character and business integrity.
