We borrowed some socks and shoes and went for both indoor/outdoor and a couple trails for about an hour and a half. We got to learn about each of the horses and I actually ended up learning a lot about how they take care of them and train them. Very knowledgeable information! They seem to be pretty busy but they were generous enough to squeeze us in. I would definitely recommend this place if you are ever visiting Yakima!

I was told she would be fed orchard and alfalfa. The day I went to pick her up she had no hay out. She does not gobble hay I feed her 3 flakes am quiche she was suppsoedly getting there and by 2pm she still has a flake left. I have messages where they claimed they fed her the grain I provided yet have photos of her premade grains still full and not touched. She should of only had 6 bags left at the end of the 60 days and still had a bin full of 22.... top photo her being home after almost two months and bottom the day I picked her up from Olney Performance Horses.

This place is lovely. Took the kids for a 3 hour horseback riding experience, where the last hour…read moreis a trail ride. There was a group of 11, with 3 employees. My kids loved it. Everyone learns and helps get the horses ready before riding. Everyone is really nice. The horses are well-matched to the riders and generally behave well. The pricing is a *fantastic* value. But there are 2 catches: 1) The reservation system appears to be by phone only. There is an email on the site but I'm not sure it works. So it's sort of like 30 years ago. They are very nice, but you will probably have to leave a voicemail and be patient. 2) I'm skeptical that there are ever weekend openings. They seem to host group events on most weekends. So if you just want to take your family it's probably a weekday thing. So if you don't mind a little phone tag and taking a 2-hr drive out to Cle Elum, you are going to have a great morning horsing around!
