They started out in Youngstown, OH and the company began in 1945. National Geographic says it's the #1 ice cream on the planet! That's quite a claim! I had a medium size cone with black raspberry and pistachio ice cream in a sugar cone. Both ice creams were really good and creamy, lots of pistachios, but the sugar cone was lacking flavor.
