Families brought their children in for sweet treats as we asked to try some flavors. The counter staff handed us small spoons with the flavors we wanted to try. I tried two before choosing a flavor. My cup for today is a seasonal pineapple mango blend (the cup with the green spoon sticking out, see photo below). My mother chose their banana pudding blend. Mine had some mango bites and my mother's had Nilla wafer swirls. Both cups were satisfying. My mother got a kid's size. My small size is quite big for "one scoop." I got what I paid for haha.

When you arrive, the available flavors are on the chalkboard menu. I then told the employee at the counter what I wanted, and he even put them in a Ziploc baggie for me to take home. They made the drive okay, even though it took longer than usual, because a big truck decided to go 35mph on a 55mph road. I went with Mexican chocolate, lavender cream, watermelon, ginger limeade and orange mango. They were as delicious as I remembered. I also left with an item from the bakery. I enjoyed every bite of that, too. The Mexican-style popsicles are what Locopops is known for, but they also have ice cream. The locopops come in regular and mini sizes. They offer both dairy and non-dairy flavors. I didn't see the pints of ice cream until I was on my way out, or I would have picked one up too. In their retail area, they also have some non-food items like puzzles, games and cards. I think I saw some soaps and jewelry, too. So you might just find a gift for someone here, too.

And I guess there is some fascination with coffee. They put coffee in the pumpkin ice cream, coffee in the cinnamon ice cream. I'm surprised they didn't add coffee to the key lime pie ice cream. Oh by the way, they were out of the key lime pie flavor and it was only 12:15 pm. I went with the apple pie flavor in a waffle cone. I love that the waffle cones are made fresh, you can see the employees working the waffle irons in the back of the store. And the smell of the waffles is just intoxicating. I mean, why hasn't Yankee Candle created that scent yet?! The apple pie ice cream was really good, but...I just really wanted the buttercan. And for one scopp in a waffle cone, it cost a little over 8 bucks. The ice cream is very high quality and they have some unique flavors (such as the Phil Collins). I've been here a few times. A few months back they had a Dubai chocolate strawberry dessert that was freaking incredible. The agua frescas are so good. The horchata is my favorite. They came perfectly packaged and the ingredients separate when they could so the chips wouldn't get soggy.

I appreciate the fact that we were told (after few minutes of placing an order, not when we were ordering) that falooda will be ~10 mins late.
