On a cold December night when we were walking around town it was bliss. We got a dozen to split/take home and when we got our order the bag was piping hot so I was forced to wait a minute which was VERY difficult. Ha. But they were worth the wait. We scarfed down a few right away and saved the rest for later. They actually warmed up really well the next day and were perfect with coffee on the couch on my first Sunday morning of holiday vacation. We also got chocolate, caramel, and cinnamon dipping sauces but honestly I liked them best plain. The cinnamon was my favorite of the three, though. The line was relatively long the Saturday night before Christmas but they had it down and it moved quickly. Both for ordering and getting our food. They also serve up hot cocoa, coffee, gator bites (yes, actual gator), and gumbo if your'e feeling peckish and/or adventurous. But we stuck with dessert and couldn't have been happier.

This time we had friends with us, so we grabbed a dozen, which came in a great deal. We also got multiple dipping sauces - Chocolate, Caramel and strawberry. The beignets were soft, fluffy, and perfectly made. They even added extra powdered sugar in the package, which honestly was almost too much to handle... but sometimes you just have to get a little messy and enjoy it. A sweet tradition for us in Frankenmuth and always worth the stop
