Lynn was the employee assisting us, but she was anything but helpful. She acted like doing her job was a massive inconvenience, repeatedly sighed, gave us dirty looks and side-eyes, and had a rude and impatient attitude throughout the entire interaction. She also yelled at another employee in front of us and then yelled at us. We were simply trying to purchase a toy that had already been placed on hold. We were not being difficult or asking for anything unreasonable, yet she treated us like we were a burden for needing assistance. Helping customers is part of working in customer service. If assisting people makes Lynn this irritated, then she should not be working in a position where helping people is literally her job. Customers should not be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking an employee to do what they are there to do. Her constant sighing, glaring, yelling, and disrespectful attitude were completely unacceptable. GET HER FIRED!!!!!

Store hours say closed at 11pm and my husband tried to go in the store at 10:54pm. Joe stops my husband and says he can't go in. When my husband asked to speak to the manager or supervisor Joe stands there and yells "NO! NO!NO! while slamming the doors in my husband's face and taunting him. He did get the photo of Joe who was very proud of his behavior and representation of the Wal-Mart brand.

There was plenty of parking and hardly any people around. It was pretty deserted. The young girl working there was very helpful and nice. I would have been disappointed if I didn't grab a shirt that says Montana on it from Montana.

The clerk locked the door because she said they were closing. It was my plan to pay for the shirts but the clerk would not let me in. Finally my daughter unlocked the door, put back the adult shirts she was going to buy. The clerk let me pay for the shirts for the young girls. Once out, my daughter told me the clerk told her I could not come in, that they were closed. I only got in because my daughter unlocked the door. I don't believe it is appropriate to lock young customers in your store. In fact it may be against the law. Whatever the law or policy of this store, I'll not shop there again. Rudeness beyond my comprehension. This all took place in a matter of minutes. The girls were not in the store other than to pick out their shirt. Seems business is kinda slow and you missed at least $50.00 in sales.
