We all know there is a shortage of caregivers and the help for our love ones even with finances it's impossible to give what you can so many times we give the bare minimum. My father lives in Houston from Minneapolis where he had quality care and I had no clue what to expect but he had no choice but to live in Houston. Now I have to help out and I had no clue where to call or what to do because I'm not from there but I know his health was declining and his emotional and mental state was going right with it. My aunt can't help anymore with my fathers health she feels he need around the clock care so she called me and told me about a place she saw at an informational called insignia and she just gathered the info so I can call and it's a free consultation. Well I called without reading anything because I was desperate. My goodness I spoke with this amazing woman and she calmed every nerve I had and told me about the difference in the help I'm asking for vs what I needed and assured me they can fit it just for him. I balled my eyes out speaking with her because I feel horrible not being there to help and she gave me my time to vent and listened ... she said she wants the same and I believe them. I just want good quality of life for him. I will say I feel confident by the phone call alone and follow up call that he will be in good hands, and kudos to the team member I spoke to that taught me so much. I thought everything was under one umbrella. I will say to anyone just call and let your mind be at ease because it is hard and if I can say this and I'm out of state and my father is in Houston and he's able in an affordable way have the help he needs. Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. They were very understanding and supportive of my situation, and that level of consideration and care means a lot.

No condolence's or empathy! Isn't that your company's main goal? To give absolute care and kindness? Well that sure wasn't the case. I'll write a review on Yelp and let everyone know that ABC is the worse company to use. That it is supposed to be kind, trustworthy and professional. Many of his caregivers stated that they didn't get paychecks on time. And Susan would make up excuses on why etc. I had a problem with getting charged too much. It was over three thousand dollars. Took over three months to get that straightened out. I will always give negative remarks for ABC.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Margret then came to house and helped to ease my fears of having strangers in my home. The girls they sent to my house were amazing. They were trained very well and did not need to be asked to get to work. My dad really enjoys having them, which was a total shock to me because he can be very difficult to work with. I would recommend Synergy Home Care to anyone. I truly appreciate everything they do for me and my dad.
