Highly recommended! Ryan is a whiz, trustworthy and generous to boot! He wired up my home for 1 Gb ethernet as per my request, which was to upgrade my phone jacks to ethernet plugs, connect everything to a wired router and switch in the basement, and put out PoE access points throughout the house for great coverage. He worked with some very particular requirements I had and sorted out some surprising cabling decisions from prior contractors. He also spent a lot of time prior to the job giving advice on the plans and purchasing recommendations, including ways to save money, even if it meant him making less. I would strongly recommend Butler Computer since they have been able to resolve all the issues I've had quickly. Although I've had quite a bit of experience with computers, the things I have had problems with over time seem to be no problem for Butler Computer to resolve. It seems there is almost nothing they can't handle, and their prices have always been more than reasonable! I should mention that when I wanted to install software for various purposes and wanted advice from an expert, Ryan has been my "go to" guy. He knows how to install the right software and configure it for my purposes. read more
