I really want to go again - with someone who knows more about beef than I do - the next time it's open. I definitely want to try the beef chorizo. I did get some produce, jalapeño chiles and heirloom tomatoes, both greenhouse-grown on the farm. They also had fresh oyster mushrooms and a couple of other types of chiles.

You do have to time it right cause there are days where there isn't much left... but most of the time they have a good variety. I don't go in looking for anything particular, I plan around what I find. They have bacon, but do not believe they have anything else but cow besides that. I do recommend this place. Prices are good! Taste is great. Their store is a great one stop shop if your looking for some canned goods and sauces as well, so you don't have to make multiple stops.
