While I was shopping she baked me a loaf and sliced it thereafter. I have my toast now. I have to commend her for going that extra step for her customer. Now don't get me wrong I don't need the help, but I don't even hear them asking the elderly. Is it something that has stopped because of Covid? I'm not complaining, just curious. Overall the store is clean, organized, and they have a great selection of products. They make sure to keep the shopping carts inside the store so you don't have to hunt for one. Most places have an inflation of price on products, but Fry's offers a lot e-coupons and in-store discounts which help quite a bit.

Well we did not trust that option and it did not seem anyone did because every cart was there and all shoppers were taking the regular small carts. Just like all standard food chains they have their deli with cooked foods, cheeses, meats, cold cuts, sandwiches already made as well. They had a good size produce department , still selling all lettuce that has been on the news with its issues . No signs about purchasing the ready made bags of lettuce just like nothing is going on. They had an entire department for Wines and liquor that was very nicely laid out as well. Prices here are much higher. After finding everything we needed we went to the cashier open. I asked her, are many people using those shopping carts that ring up all the groceries? She replied? Yelp Review - Walmart Supercenter #4355 (Taylor, AZ)…read more I had a frustrating experience at this Walmart on June 6 around 7:30 PM while trying to purchase the Apple Pencil Pro, which was listed on Walmart.com for $99 and marked as available for pickup at this store. The item was retrieved from in-store stock and scanned, but the price didn't match the online listing. When I explained I was in the process of purchasing it through Walmart.com, a manager was called over to help. That's when the situation went downhill. The manager immediately told me I couldn't get the online price unless I used Affirm (which wasn't true), then claimed the item had a different SKU (also false--it was confirmed to be the same). She kept shifting the reasoning to block the sale without checking policy or verifying anything I was showing her. I remained calm and respectful, but she continued to talk down to me and insisted I cancel the order--even though the item was in stock and ready. I even mentioned that I needed the item for an urgent project due the next day, but she showed zero concern and kept inventing new reasons I couldn't buy it. It felt more like a power play than a customer service decision. This isn't how any store should treat someone trying to make a legitimate purchase. I hope store leadership addresses this internally--because being dismissed and misled like this, especially in a small town, is unacceptable.
