We bought our tickets online and in advance, we did our waivers and etc etc. We did something like this before elsewhere so we aren't new, we knew we needed gloves and what attire ( sneakers and something cozy nothing too tight or short). We got there for our designated time and were greeted by a man named Clay, he warned us there was a bunch of students that would be there for the next 2 hours, the same slot my mom and I were supposed to go. He said we could climb if we wanted or come back anytime we wanted that day or another day, we chose to go down the road to shop and come back and I'm so glad we did because we got to have the place practically to ourselves, thanks for the heads up Clay! Okay so we come back, this place is huge! Climbing, zip lining and tons of courses and levels. Even a kids area for the little ones, so cute. I want to name a few people who we worked with for the day who were an absolute delight and they need praise. Here are the names: Shawn who checked us in. Tucker who briefed us and gave us the rules and Ryan who was very kind and told us some stuff in regards to which course we wanted to do next ( because we practically did them all). The staff here are delightful and kind. And Ryan even helped a child who was stuck and needed help, he sprung into immediate action and was quick no second thought. Made me feel safe as an adult, so I know that child felt safe, GREAT JOB! I think the intensity of this place is great for all levels and there was enough zip lines for the amount of exercise you do. It was a nice view and the staff made it more fun. The music was good, which I enjoyed as well. I have nothing negative to say here. They have a huge parking lot, and it looks like they do night courses and ax throwing soon, I believe. So glad I booked this, we had a blast. Kudos to you all!

There's plenty of variety but I also feel that it's a safe environment for both kids to play without resorting to being a helicopter parent. This is an excellent park that is next to a large outdoor field that serves for many sports and…read morelocal events. the park has the distinction of being design to be accessible to special needs (i.e. wheelchair bound) children, but that in no way deters from the fun. There are two areas, one is designed for the younger children, and the other area for older kids, but most children over 4-5 should be able to play in either area. There are two drawbacks to this playground. 1) there are sometime porta potties available, but the park restrooms are not too close, and locked for the most part. and 2) there is no fence around the area, so you need to pay attention to make sure your kids don't wander. So my critique is not with him! The critique is with the fact that this beginner room was very difficult. I mean maybe they are all this hard, I wouldn't know. But our one hour ran out and we still had the challenge we were working on and three others left. When the game god came in and said time was up, we chatted for a bit and asked what the success rate for this particular room was. He said it was 17%. We thought that was a bit ridiculous for a beginner room. But again, maybe all places are like that. So if you don't mind losing, lol, then yeah, definitely check it out!

We really enjoyed our experience at the Mystic Aquarium! The beluga whales were, as expected,…read moreabsolutely majestic. There was a large variety of really cool things there, including the variety of seals, the ray touch pool (totally worth the feeding experience), the African penguins, and of course all of the fascinating fish. The facility itself was well maintained and clean - unfortunately the ticket printing machine at the ray touching pool was broken, which resulted in a ~15 minute delay in line, which kind of sucked. One thing that didn't sit quite right with me was the seal show. Maybe I was reading into it too much, but a lot of it felt like the seals were trained for our entertainment, and not in the name of conservation or animal welfare; the experience felt closer to SeaWorld than for the benefit of the animals. Overall a fan of the aquarium though, great experience.

The Mystic Aquarium was small and dirty. Some of the environments seemed way too small for the creatures in them. The penguins seemed to be happy in their little group, and the seals seemed to enjoy just basking in the sun. Everything else felt way too tiny for the fish, and I mostly just felt sad the entire time. I'm also pretty sure I saw a dead jellyfish. As an adult, the ticket price is way too high for what you get. They also had a number of up-sell/add-on options not included in the regular ticket price. I think, if you have some young kids, you might be able to squeeze a little bit of magic out of this experience, but otherwise I found the Mystic Aquarium to be far too depressing.
