Called Richard's RV Repair service, he came to our site and inspected the situation. We had a busted brake spring. It had just happened so no damage to the trailer. But Richard was very detailed with the inspection and offered to repair the broken spring or do a complete replacement of the brake. We called Larry's RV service and left a message. Larry got back to us pretty quickly. I described our problem and over the phone Larry walked me through what to look for and sure enough it was what he thought...fins frozen...an hour or so of defrost and it was good as new.
