I called them and they couldn't get the correct siding for 2 weeks so I was forced to change colors in order to get another color rushed in in 2 days. Erin tried to blame me for her incompetence. On top of this i had to pay another$720 for the correct style that had originally told her I wanted. Then 2 days later when they went to deliver the siding to me they weren't going to leave it because now I had a dumpster in my driveway which prevented them from backing up to my garage to pick up the incorrect siding order. I'm 57 year old widow with asthma and it was 95 degrees out. I had to start hauling the incorrect siding boxes out of my garage and dragging them up the lawn closer to the driver truck and threatening lawsuit in order TY get the driver to agree to leave my siding. He said he would get into trouble with Erin but didn't want to see my get hurt. I still had to help him unload 24 boxes of siding and start loading the incorrect siding from the garage onto his truck until Blake from the office showed up. Erin made me feel like I was being held hostage from getting my job done all because of the error she made! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They even offered to check the plumbing lines in addition to the regular service for a small fee. Chris was unable to complete the plumbing portion and I was not charged for it. He provided me with detailed information while he was conducting the inspection while being respectful to the current tenants who were present with us during the appointment. I had the final report before I got back to my residence an hour away. Fast, comprehensive, responsive, polite, knowledgeable! Worth the cost! 10/10 highly recommend!

Within 2 months 2 logs had fallen and started the logs on fire creating black smoke and soot stained glass. As seen in pictures. They called me and stated the parts would be around $3100 and that the contractor must have done it when they hooked up the gas. The gas hook up was in the crawl space and the contractor never touched the actual fireplace. They would NOT cover the parts. I was warned about this company even before purchasing a fireplace from them but I couldn't find anything else I liked.
