The Festool guy asked two other peeps to answer my questions, including a phone handler who said she didn't know anything about the product. After the second staff told the Festool guy I had questions, he grudgingly came over. Pretty sure I was being marginalized cuz I am a chick. Really don't enjoy being treated poorly when I come to spend $500. We won't be back. I can be dissed for free.

So she points to one of several isles . No walking me back to be sure I found what I wanted. Looking at fertilizers. Here again a man was stocking but did not offer to help. Poor customer service. I was directed to the repair drop-off area in the back of the store, waited for one customer before me and then was helped for the warranty tool repair specialist (Brenden Swafford as I recall). A couple hours later, Brenden called me, reported that the problem had been identified and that the free replacement part had been ordered. Now I am waiting for a call saying that it is fixed and waiting for pickup. A very pleasant and efficient process. I think they treat customers with respect in all the areas I was exposed to from entrance to exit to followup.

They came to install it but the store had written it up wrong. They were told they were installing a faucet. Not sure how that was going to happen without a sink or vanity. They had to issue a credit and then charge me again. I was told someone would be in touch the next day. It has been almost a week and I still haven't heard from anyone. They had no problem charging me but certainly are taking their time in getting back to me about the installation. You would think when they screwed it up they would want to fix it asap. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case. I even told them I had to postpone other renovations work due to them not getting the vanity installed on time. I will NEVER order anything from this Lowe's or use their installation services again. I have not been happy in my dealings with them and wonder if the purchased vanity will ever be installed or I need to start trying to get my money back. it's ridiculous!
