When we walked in I nicely told the lady we saw a range online...she rudely interrupted me before I finished my sentence and said "You can't go by what is online as it is always outdated". I then proceeded to ask her if the item is in stock in the Tampa location can we order it from this location and have it delivered. She again very rudely said " No... you have to go there to order it". There was no other customers in the warehouse so it was not like she was too busy to be even the least bit kind or helpful. I will never refer anyone to this store again. Even my friend made a comment after and said "This is the store you told me to go to all this time??" I said " It was much better and the staff was much more accommodating and helpful when it was owned by Sears". If I could I would have given it ZERO stars for how rude the lady was to me.

They didn't call me so I called them and it had arrived. They must only deal with dented and damaged appliances, but I thought I was waiting 2 months and getting a new undamaged item. I pre-paid the full amount for the merchandise when I ordered but the delivery charge is a separate transaction as they use a third-party trucking company which wasn't a problem as they called ahead and arrived on time. I met the delivery driver curbside as they unboxed the item to find significant damage beyond repair. I've posted the photos of the damage so you could have a good laugh! I refused shipment and immediately as the damage was catastrophic. The salesman agreed to refund both the purchase price and shipping charge and send me an email receipt but that never happened......too busy with customers. You're only as good as their next sale! After looking closely at the photos of the damage I concluded that the refrigerator was damaged before it was packed for shipping as the packing material wasn't damaged on the outside...in other words they knowingly shipped me a damaged refrigerator after waiting 2 months. It looks like it was poked by a forklift and dropped to a concrete floor. Unless you're feelin' lucky, avoid this company like the plague!

That furniture remained in like-new condition until I sold it 15 years later. I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!
