I also had the horchata, which Fatima explained is a refreshing drink that's especially popular during the summer. His meals are invariably nutritious, delicious , and attractively presented. There is plenty of food for a filling dinner for one. It is like going to a good restaurant each night. All I have to do is go to my refrigerator, pick out what I want and heat it up in the microwave for about 2.5 to 3 minutes right in its own container. There is a menu of 4 different dishes for each night, and the menu changes weekly. He offers touchless delivery at no additional cost right to doorstep each day M-F. I have tried a number of the national meal delivery services like Freshly. Chef Mike beats those by a country mile. Try them for a week. I am confident you'll be hooked.
