We had many special requests for our ceremony such as a ring warming, a circle isle, readings, and a script for the minister. He walked us through each step and let us know the pros and cons of each. The end result was beautiful and we owe that to Tadd. He was so attentive the day of the wedding and his attention to detail was spot on. He makes it look easy!! And as far as planning from a distance? Don't worry! He was available via phone, email, and Skype whenever we had questions!!

Planning a destination wedding from DC, we thought we were hiring someone just to walk us through the big day, but what we got was SO MUCH MORE Tadd used to be an event coordinator with the Lido Beach Resort, and recently branched out on his own; this means he knows the ins and outs of wedding coordination from all perspectives, and already had established relationships with most of our vendors. We knew from our first Skype conversation that he was going to make the whole experience as stress-free as possible, and we were never wrong. He started working with us months in advance. From building the wedding day timeline to liaising with our vendors to helping with the seating chart to answering every single question we threw at him (and there were many) to having to deliver the worst news you can give a bride on the day of her beach wedding - that it will rain and the ceremony might have to move inside (it didn't, and everything was perfect). . . .Tadd did it all with outstanding patience and cheer, responsiveness, organization, and for an *incredibly* reasonable price. He is so much more than just a "Day-of" coordinator. The actual day of, he was there with us every step of the way, and had an assistant as well, for when he needed to be at two places at once. This is a guy whose business deserves to thrive! I wish I lived in Sarasota and threw lots of parties - he would be on my speed dial (if that were still a thing) to plan them all. We looked at several other DOCs in the area, that were larger and more established, and there is not a single thing I regret about going with Tadd instead.

They were superb from the very beginning in terms of a full service wedding planning company. We always felt listened to and we were given great advice in terms of vendors for our venue at the Ringling museum. Christina worked with us on every detail and provided above and beyond assistance with the planning, coordination and execution of not only the wedding but our welcome dinner the night before. Their management of the wedding reception gave us a sense of relief that we could truly enjoy every last minute of the event. I found JMEP on Instagram and reached out to see how it works. From that day forward Jennifer was there for me 24/7! She knows EVERYTHING there is to know about planning a perfect wedding. The most important and impressive part to me is her constant communication and responsiveness. She literally made it impossible for me to feel stressed! I would text or call her and immediately she was on it. When it comes to her design skills, they're unmatched! I would give as much creative freedom to her because she puts together a stunning wedding! She puts in endless hours of communicating, planning, meeting us last minute when we were in town and listening to our every concern. I couldn't have asked for anyone more perfect to help us during this special year. (Also it was 2020 so the whole covid thing .. won't even get into it but she helped us navigate it all!) To top it off, the day of she's there and she is WORKING IT!!! Kept me confident, on schedule, and had every detail of the event running perfectly. There truly is nobody better than JMEP! Shoutout to Bridgette too, we love you guys!

Despite being asked questions on timeline during rehearsal dinner wedding planner was not able to answer what time guest should arrive and was dismissive to all questions stating her assistant was there not herself When asked about potential tree nut allergy she responded ( so they probably should not eat it - rather than coming up with alternate plan) planner was blatantly rude to younger members of the family as well sometimes trying to physically snatch an object from their hands. I would not recommend her to anyone maybe his team members are better at doing wedding planning .
