I was looking for a custom balloon decoration to make a milestone birthday just a bit more special during shelter-in-place. I reached out to a number of local companies listed on Yelp, but Robin was the first and only to respond. I had sent her a picture of a balloon column that the "birthday girl" had liked, and Robin worked with me to design something similar (and even better) and totally custom. Robin took care of the installation process and was super flexible when it came to picking up the balloons after the birthday was over (the birthday girl loved the balloons so much that she wanted to hang onto them for a few more days). To top it off, it was quite windy the day of installation/delivery, yet both columns stayed in-tact and never toppled over. Overall I was so impressed with Robin's professionalism and artistry, and look forward to more custom balloon decorations in the future! read more

My daughter is a 2020 high school graduate. Due to the SIP, she doesn't have a regular graduation that is such a bummer to her. I started to work with Robin about a month before my daughter's graduation. Thank you Robin! I was needing a small balloon bouquet at the last minute for my sister's surprise birthday party. I was not wanting to travel with one in the car from the city and had a hard time locating a party store in the Livermore area. I called Robin on a whim at 9:30 in the morning and she happily agreed to whip up a bouquet suiting my needs. She put a lot of detail into the balloons including bows on each one and a release tie so the balloons wouldn't be flying around in our car. Bijoux Balloon Company recently decorated my wedding at the Hilton Concord. The owner was great to work with and met with me to discuss my colors and other options. I knew I wanted a balloon sculpture near my gift table to display some photos of us. She designed a fabulous balloon design that fit my needs perfectly. I had balloon bubbles with cute small balloons dangling from the bubble at either side of my headtable. Her use of ribbon and different sized balloons was amazing! She made sure all those ugly balloon knots were hidden from view. She sets up on site and her prices are reasonable, she was able to work within my budget to create an atmosphere that my guests complemented on all evening long. She is fairly new to California, but well known in the Detroit area of Michigan. If you are looking for awesome decor for any event, I highly recommend Bijoux Balloon Company!!!
