A service that also could not tell me if and or when my flowers would deliver. She couldn't even tell me if it was ok for me to just pick them up, as she didn't know if the order was ready or even if the store was OPEN for pickup. She sent them a message as even she could not call the store directly. Great system, right? Who knows if the flowers are nice, we haven't seen them yet. I ordered 6 days ago, they said they'd deliver, and they have not. Guess who'll be sleeping in the crate with the dog tonight?
