I NEVER edit reviews. Until now. Gonna revise to three stars. Flowers are very nice, service is not so nice. No call, no nothing, but at least the damn flowers showed up before I had to move my sleeping quarters to the garage. So, flowers 5 stars. Responsiveness 1 star. Averages out to three stars. Gonna add one more because the delivery person was REALLY pleasant. I rarely post reviews. I understand that it's Mother's Day, and guess what? My favorite mom hasn't any flowers. Why not? CCF hasn't delivered them yet. They took my order, promised delivery for yesterday and? No flowers, no call, no way to contact them (their phone goes to a long winded voice mail explanation that they're really busy) and no return call back from them. So I called the 800 number, and got? A service that also could not tell me if and or when my flowers would deliver. She couldn't even tell me if it was ok for me to just pick them up, as she didn't know if the order was ready or even if the store was OPEN for pickup. She sent them a message as even she could not call the store directly. Great system, right? Who knows if the flowers are nice, we haven't seen them yet. I ordered 6 days ago, they said they'd deliver, and they have not. Guess who'll be sleeping in the crate with the dog tonight? (Actually, my wife is a LOT nicer than that, she'd never toss me in the crate.) Guess who should be sleeping in the crate? The folks at Charlotte County Flowers. read more

Due to my age I have rec'd flowers over the years on several occasions. In all my years I have never had flowers last as long as the ones I rec'd recently from Charlotte County Flowers. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but without exaggeration the flowers lasted about one month, even the roses which are usually the first to wilt. I have no idea what their secret is but I know where I will be ordering all my arrangements from. read more

Beautiful display once again! There isn't a better flower shop in town! Will recommend to everyone I know! Must use for all your special occasion needs!! Roxanne gave exceptional customer service, the experience from start to finish was amazing! read more

I am very disappointed with the Mother's Day tulip arrangement that my Mother received. The tulips arrived extremely cold and wilted, they looked sad!! We noticed 2 pennies in the bottom of the vase, (florist trick). Tulips never perked up after they warmed up just wilted more and started to die! I tried calling both local phone numbers with no answer from either one. I wanted to give them a chance to replace their bad arrangement. Left a message on a 800 number I found for them, not sure if they will get the message. I would NOT use this establishment!! read more

I have to say when dealing with a small business it is always personal. This florist is no exception!! I get flowers for my wife several time a year and they are always better then pictured on the web. I have even called in to the shop explained what I was looking for and they hooked me up with a great arrangement. I have even called last minute to change the delivery date and as always no problem. My wife is always so happy with them and she says they last a long time. I love the personal touch I get from this amazing florist. read more

Charlotte County Flowers is absolutely a 5-Star Florist. It can be difficult ordering flowers from a different state, but Roxanne and her staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. My friend said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh and they were delivered promptly on the date requested. I felt assured that they were delivered with a delivery email. Thank you Charlotte County Flowers for your great service! I highly recommend them! read more

Very disappointed as I ordered Peach Dreamer and my mother received what looked like a bouquet that I could have purchased in the grocery store.  I understand they have a clause that the bouquet may not be exact as the picture but this wasn't even close.  I figured I would order from a local florist as I pass by the shop all the time.  Lesson learned...never to use them again read more

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and they weren't able to fulfill my order (even though it was an option on their website). That's not the problem. They called me on Monday to ask me if I wanted to change my order. I didn't have time to call back til Wednesday. When I did call the women was extremely rude and admonished me for not calling back on Monday. She was horrible. She told me the flowers I ordered were out of season and acted like that was my fault for not knowing that. I almost cancelled the order but I don't have time to go find and reorder from some other place close to punta gorda. Never order from them if u think u might have to have a conversation on the phone with "her"! read more

I was unimpressed with the lack of creativity, sophistication and lack of vase selection. The price was high, but the flowers were cheap. They gave me a choice of one vase over the phone. One vase! At a flower shop! And one price! My girlfriend sent me photos of the arrangement. Just ordinary and blah. Next time I will try to find someone in the area with more artistry and imagination. read more

I received a bouquet of fresh flowers (from Charlotte County Flowers) with the most beautiful huge yellow roses, and others that look like giant daisies. Plus others. They came on a Thursday, and on the next Monday, they look like they did when I received them. I can not get over how pretty they still are, and so nicely arranged. All I have done is change their water and trim the stems. Couldn't be happier with delivered fresh flowers. I have emailed my daughter 3 times, telling her how happy I am with her choice in florist. We got my son's girlfriend's corsage for prom here, and it was a work of art! We've gotten corsages in the past at 2 different florists in Charlotte County, and this was by far the best. There was just no comparison. This will be our go-to place for anything flowers from now on. read more

I ordered flowers (a dozen red roses) in person for our 45th wedding anniversary. The woman who greeted me was very courteous and helpful. The flowers were delivered on the arranged day. The delivery guy was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The flower arrangement was beautiful, my wife couldn't have been happier. They did a wonderful job! Thank you very much! read more

Sent flowers to friend in Punta Gorda and they were extremely happy with the Kincaid Christmas gift they received! Friendly and courteous from start to finish on this transaction. Would use them again! A+ I placed order on the phone which is always the best way to order flowers. Talking with a person is the only way I do business with florist. read more
