Upon going to store, parking in designated spot & checking in, waited 30 minutes with no results. Called store from inside my vehicle & was told "we're busy". Finally items were delivered to my spot. Kid threw them in my truck & left. I went to secure items & found fence section broken. Had to drag the section in to the service desk & complete a return. Waited & waited for a replacement piece of fence as many were broken. Finally on the way after over 1-1/2 hours. Should have just shopped myself and got it done...first time trying curbside pickup....lesson learned.
