First, I was booked in with the wrong type of professional. That ended up being a waste of time and caused delay in my orthodontic treatment, but one mistake is no big deal. Unfortunately there's more. I was then booked in with the right professional and charged a full fee, because this was the second consultation (even though they had made a mistake). This professional thoroughly examined my mouth, and then while we were talking he asked "you don't have any wisdom teeth left, do you?". That was very concerning since I have a clearly visible wisdom tooth. Of course I wasn't going to work with this person, so I booked in with another specialist and paid the price they quoted. Then, two days before my appointment, they asked me for more money (about double what I paid) and refused to see me without the extra payment. You can't quote a price and then ask for more money after the patient agrees, so I asked for a refund. I also asked to speak to the practice manager and after 10 days I haven't been contacted. This has also caused months of delay in my orthodontic treatment.

The miss information across the dentists in the practise is beyond belief. When I questioned them about this I was told " well dentists have difference of opinions". I could possibly accept that however when it involves removing some of my my teeth you would have thought they would agree. If you go to a doctor they don't quibble not like these cowboys. I spent a fortune with them what a waste of money. Their work was so bad that when I went on holiday for two weeks I ended up in a French dentist twice with the dentists commenting on how bad the workmanship was on my teeth, this was two separate dentists. Don't go there.

I asked for more pressure, and was told she was assessing my back. I said I have a fair amount of fat and so need more pressure and she acknowledged it. But the massage just...never got better. And when it ended 30 minutes early, it was almost a relief. Better to have not gotten a massage at all than one that was disappointing like this one. My back still hurts. Other notes: office is unmarked. There's no receptionist, so if you want to check in or whatever, I still have no idea where you'd go. I'm glad some people like this place, but it's not for me.

After attending my first session at Healing Hands, i was told exactly what was wrong and how they could improve my pain & posture. Fast forward a few weeks - i have had a couple of adjustment sessions at Healing Hands and feel an improvement every time, and look forward to what the other sessions bring. I highly recommend the practice as well as Dr Douglas Cheng - very thorough and get's results from patients.

However recently I turned up for an appointment and met my new dentist for the first time. When I walked in I could not work out if he was the dentist at first because he wasn't dressed in the usual dentist attire. I also found him accusing, abrupt and rather rude. I however respect that he knows what he is doing when it comes to the care of teeth etc, but don't respect his manner. I also think that had I been a middle class Caucasian woman/man his manner and tone would have been entirely different.

I decided to get a laser treatment and i decided to pay in advance , after that it was down hill from then on. The day of my second laser treatment i received a phone call from the so called manager of the firm Deborah Mulbah-Cummings, this lady is rude , unprofessional and her attitude stinks , although when i first met her she masked it all over with a fake smile and really bad coffee. I tried to complain about them changing my treatment day. i had waited for 4 weeks for this treatment and i have a really tight schedule due to running my own brokerage firm and on the day of my treatment , literately an hour before i received a call from this Deborah lady who undermined me, insulted my intelligence, robed me of my money when i ask for a refund and clicked me every time i called in to get my money back, due to them not having a nurse available on the day they promised i would get treated. this has escalated to me taking further action now and i'm in the process of speaking to my lawyer to take this lady to court .
