They have always been pleased with the environment and the staff. The staff are committed to their jobs and the students. The curriculum is fantastic. They brought music and items for games and helped us to have a really great time! It is EXHAUSTING running around in those balls. I took away a star because the balls kept losing air and needed to be refilled after games. The guys said they get new balls annually, so some of them were showing age I guess. After the interview stage, I received what appeared to be an official offer letter through DocuSign from a third-party sender with no accompanying explanation or context. Because the message contained only the document and no written explanation, I reached out by email to confirm the offer and ask a few standard questions about the role, start date, and contract details before signing. Despite multiple follow-ups by email and phone over the course of several days, I never received a response or clarification. The contract was eventually voided in the DocuSign system without any communication from the hiring team. Overall, the process lacked clear communication and professionalism.
