I've been coming here every 2-3 weeks for almost six months, and not once have I left disappointed. The consistency is what really stands out. Whether it's a regular trim or a fresh fade, Armando always takes his time, pays attention to the little details, and makes sure everything looks perfect before you leave the chair. The shop has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in. You never feel rushed, even when they're busy, and it's clear that customer experience is something they truly care about. One of the best feelings is walking out after a haircut, looking in the mirror, and thinking, "Yep, that's exactly what I wanted." Every visit I leave feeling fresh, clean, confident, and in a better mood than when I walked in. If you're looking for a barber who delivers consistently great cuts and genuinely cares about his work, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Armando. I'll definitely keep coming back every few weeks.

It looked nothing like the picture my cousin showed to refer to the barber. He had to ask to re-do the hair. Barber's name was Cristian and the lack of professionalism around the barber shop was showing. He confidently said they could cut the hair and didn't need a second look at the picture my cousin was showing. I see now the reviews here are very low. The music was so loud and they all seemed unconcerned about the customer needs. I rarely give 1 star reviews but this really took a bad vibe on our visit here. I also think the cleanliness of the place wasn't up to the standard. Could use more cleaning.

No update, no acknowledgment, no "hey we're running a few minutes behind." Just me sitting there like I have nothing better to do. I'm not an unreasonable person. Things happen. Stylists run late. I get it. But the bare minimum in any service business is communication. Just talk to me. Tell me what's going on. Treat me like my time has value. Nobody did that. So I walked out. 4.5 stars and 70 reviews tells me this place can do better because clearly people love it here. But whoever was working the floor tonight dropped the ball completely. You don't book someone, push them to 6:30, and then go silent when they actually show up on time. People say time is money. I just want to be treated decently. Neither happened tonight. The vibe of the place was okay, clean. The experience left a bad taste and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
