Classes are disciplined without being militaristic, and they offer a good ratio of brain training to pure physical workout. Some of the classes are big and energetic, and some of them are smaller so the instructor can offer more individualized attention -- it depends on the atmosphere you're looking for. One of the things I love about this place is that there are enough instructors with different teaching styles that if one of them isn't connecting with you, they'll help you find an instructor who will. Nice facility, helpful staff, decent parking…read more After several weeks attending, I am very happy that we found this location. My oldest has been enjoying coming to class and being around kids his own age. He told me today that watching sparing is one of his favorite things so far. My only critique would be to see a bit more split for the smaller kids to the big kids early on. With the ability to catch on faster, the older kids (pre teens and up) would benefit from being split into a group by themselves so that they can be taught and move a bit faster. On occasion, the younger kids both have trouble following through with their skills, and it causes class to move slower for the older students. I look forward to seeing my almost teenager continue to grow and progress with this program.

Being a family owned business is what initially led us to give ingrams a try and you can immediately tell is a big factor to their success. Our 2 boys have been going here for just about a year and we absolutely love the training that they have received. Our youngest attends the little dragons class and our eldest attends the beginners class so weve been able to have a good chance to see how both programs operate. The boys really look forward to each class and we are so happy with how they have been progressing. Led by Sensi Sheri and Sensi Trey, you can really tell they genuinely care about all their students and are passionate about passing along their knowledge to their students. I also love how they incorporate the sempai's which helps instill a teaching culture within the senior students while at the same time teaches them how to be good role models. Each kids class is kept energetic and i enjoy how it ends with a fun game that the students really enjoy. They also host fun events for their students around the holidays which also adds to the wonderful culture they have created in the school. The after school program is also very good as they are constantly doing fun activities to keep the kids entertained while making sure they are in a safe environment. Keep up the great work!
