I was visiting the area and wanted a light dinner, so I ordered some sides. I got the mac and cheese, a side of roasted veggies, and a side caesar. The roasted veggies consisted of almost all carrots, a few pieces of red pepper, a couple of pieces of yellow squash and a few "crumbs" of broccoli. I came in on a Thursday around 11:45 AM, and it was a really easy experience from start to finish. Parking was wide open in the lot and there were only a handful of other people there, so there was no wait at all. You order directly at the counter with a cashier. The menu is pretty big with bowls, plates, and a variety of other options, plus they also serve alcohol. The staff were super friendly and helpful while we were ordering. I ordered: *Tri Tip Bowl: this was a large portion overall. You can choose between jasmine rice or brown rice, and for vegetables either mixed veggies or squash. I went with the mixed veggies. You get around 4 or 5 (guessing) ounces of protein, which honestly felt a little light compared to how much rice is in the bowl. I also added chimichurri sauce, and they offer extra if you ask. Overall it was fine, just a bit underwhelming in flavor. *Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles): they have a few different wine options around the $9-$11 range. I went with the Paso Robles cab, and it was really good. Two employees checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was good, and they even brought us boxes without us asking, which was appreciated. The place itself was very clean, and we got our food in under five minutes, which was impressive. Service was excellent overall. She knew she gave me an inferior bread stick but did it anyways. I took the bread back and got my money back. The young man behind the counter told me after I called about the bread they threw that batch away because they were too small. Nice place to meet up for lunch that has something for everyone. I usually order their Green chicken curry or salmon bowls. Both have good portions that are perfect. It gets a little busy around noon but most of the time there's hardly anyone in line. Counter order and find your own table. There is a nice large outside patio in front and indoor seating.
