We LOVE Dr. Bush and staff! The hours are so convenient, and we've never had to wait long. I love that there is a well waiting room and a sick waiting room. So many things wrong here! This use to be a top notch place for children's health - but now it's all about the money. Expect to pay a $25 walk in fee EVEN IF THE WAITING ROOM IS EMPTY! I could understand this fee if the waiting area is packed or they have to stay late to see you but that was NOT my experience. After trying REPEATEDLY to get someone on the phone - I went on in and was charged this fee. Also, expect to pay an extra fee if you go late in the afternoon EVEN THOUGH THAT IS LISTED OFFICE HOURS. Know in advance that your insurance will not cover these EXTRA fees because they are in excess! Usually all billed cost are WELL ABOVE customary. Expect the Dr to give you mediocre service and spend less than 2 minutes diagnosing and discussing concerns with you. I am so heartbroken and disappointed with Dr. Bush. Search around and find a pediatrician whose in the profession for the right reason! read more
