Added on quote to add different drains to gutter and use the sod from the rock beds to fill in a couple areas in the yard. Quote was reasonable. Job was started. However, I can't give a good review as he never finished the job. He was difficult to contact by phone throughout the whole process and he often didnt show up to the work site at all. Many days excuses were given as to why he couldnt be there, which may or may not have been true. Also, not only did he not finish the job, he and his employees damaged a large area of grass that was fine before. And the leveling job under the sod was poorly done and now water pools there with rain and the sprinklers. Also company was fully paid and did not complete the last $200-300 of work that was agreed on. Multiple attempts have been made to contact this company and no response was given. Would not recommend.

He unfreezes it, adds the coolant, and it is starting to bring the temp down straight away. Second time using Knobel in a month, one personal and one business, and could not be any happier with either visit. I highly recommend the team at Knobel, from the great ladies answering the phone to the technicians who show up and are helpful and very pleasant. Thanks to all the Knobel team!
