The chicken was stringy, covered in a dark tangy sauce. It was vile and didn't taste fresh at all, which leads me to the rice and peas..it had definitely not been cooked that day. It tasted musty and as if it had been refrigerated for a couple of days and then reheated. We ended up throwing it away because it was THAT bad. It's a shame because there aren't really many Caribbean joints in town and Cummin Up is probably the one that everyone has heard of. I'd hate for people to eat there and think that's what Caribbean food tastes like. I'll stick to cooking it myself for now.
