Our guide gave us a few suggestions to choose from. I decided to check out Boardwalk Fish & Chips because of its casual relaxed atmosphere. They are know for their halibut fish and chips. They also have beautiful views of the Kachemak Bay from their dining area. We were able to spot some Orcas swimming by while we were eating. Majority of my group ordered the fish and chips. I got the Shrimp Basket with coleslaw. Boardwalk Fish & Chips is open seasonally. Their menu offers a number of seafood classics, burgers, soups and salads. There are several gifts shops and stores on the Boardwalk if you want to do some shopping before or after you eat. This was a nice place to stop in for a quick bite to eat.

The shrimp was hard to pull off and when you go to pull a shrimp off all the batter falls off and the shrimp is unseasoned so it tastes like what you dip it in. In the summer they have a leave variety of items including ice cream.
