I've been going to various chiropractors for the last 20 years and can tell you that Dr. Burton really knows his stuff. He's incredibly knowledgeable and goes over and beyond for his patients. I came to see him post pregnancy and was experiencing lower back and neck pain, with numbness down my left leg. Even though I was going to physical therapy twice a week it wasn't fixing the issue and was even told this was going to be a chronic issue caused by hormones from breastfeeding. After seeing dr. First of all, I've been to close to 10 chiropractors. None is as good as Dr Burton. I actually have a herniated disc of my C5-C6 because of a bad chiropractor. With many chiropractors, I feel like you are in an assembly line. You go in, they crack you and you go out. It's almost like a one size fits all. Dr Burton does it very differently. First of all he uses some sort gun like gadget to push the vertebra in place. (No neck cracking.) He only adjusts where you need it and not the whole neck like most places. Second, he has a cold laser to help promote circulation and healing. Third, he has a machine called the RPT which massages the body with sound waves. It's pretty incredible and has helped my hip. Other massage machines only temporarily helped. Fourth, he has a traction machine for decompression for both the neck and lower back. Fifth, he also adjusts more than just the neck. He really does do the whole body. He is the first chiropractor that adjusts my sacroiliac joints, my elbow, wrists and ankles. It's like a one stop shop and he doesn't charge any more for these adjustments. He is very detail oriented and has a great bedside manner. I've been going to chiropractors for over 45 years so I'm well aware of what to expect. I haven't been going to one though for the past few years because of COVID. I checked with my insurance company to see what my plan covered. I found Dr. Burton on yelp and he seemed to have good ratings so made an appointment. On my first visit, he examined me and gave me his assessment. He adjusted me and to my surprise he didn't have me lay flat and physically twist my neck. Even though I know it's coming, I always tense up. But that's not how Dr. Burton made the adjustment. Can't explain how he does it but I did experience the adjustment. He also recommended a particular back cushion. I could get one on Amazon or he had one. I was a little wary but my back was in such pain that I didn't want to research it on Amazon so bought one from Dr. Burton. I noticed an improvement immediately. So glad I bought it from him because when I checked with Amazon to see what it would have cost, they no longer carry them. On about the fourth or fifth visit, he recommended a zero gravity chair. I could go to REI and try one to see if I liked it. I decided to research the reviews for them instead. Glad I did. I found that the Timber Ridge zero gravity chairs were highly recommended and Amazon had it on sale. I ordered it and it arrived in 3 days. Now for the big test. I had a little trouble setting it up which you would think would be easy but it was a little confusing. The chair has turned out to be a life saver for me. One my next visit to Dr. Burton which was only two days later, my improvement was great. So glad I found Dr. Burton and went with his recommendations. Dr Burton is a miracle worker. I was experiencing neck, shoulder, and lower back pain due to lumbar arthritis. After the first visit I felt an immediate relief. After aggressively diving in volleyball, I kinked my neck so bad that I was in excruciating pain when I tried sleeping. I'm 30 but it felt like I slipped a disc when I laid down. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Burton is a miracle worker. I walked into his office with an almost constant pain level of 7/8 and was pretty sure that was how the rest of my life was going to be. I've had multiple injections and other medical procedures for my neck issues with diminishing effect. Dr. Burton used his magic "gun" on my neck and a fancy table maneuver for my sacroiliac joint and I instantly felt a little better. Dr. Burton of Burton Chiropractic is truly a wonderful chiropractor. I have seen him on several different occasions for different aliments. The office staff is always friendly and willing to get me in at a moments notice. Dr, Burton is the only doctor that I have been to that practices "LASER Treatments".
