There is little room to pass between racks of clothing which is unnecessary considering the size of the building. The staff work quickly and efficiently and are polite. I have been to smaller and better branches of New Look elsewhere. The store itself offers good value for money and the dresses are particularily lovely and last very well considering how little they cost.

There is a tiny clothes section at the back but I always manage to find something I love there. The clothes are not cheap but they have a slight luxurious boutique feel to them and you know you are getting something a bit more unique than your average high street shop buy. They also stock plenty of cards and gift wrap free for you so you could effectively buy a whole present in this shop. One thing I did notice is some very nice belts in the store that I got in Bali a year ago for about 1/10 of the price but this is London I guess! Multipazz does have a website but I don't think it does it justice- this boutique is worth seeing in the flesh.

At the moment they are selling some attractively coloured straw baskets with smaller ones inside, useful for summer picnics or shopping, for £15.

My husband bought a good quality shower proof coat, a zip-up fleece and matching hat, for £24 altogether! Apart from clothes there are soft furnishings and table lamps at the back of the store. The best thing was the great service - the lady at the till was very friendly and chatty and gave us some tips on which cafe to try afterwards! I'll definitely be going back to this branch of QS sometime to buy some clothes for myself!

Whilst there is a feeling of being watched as you reach of the top of the stairs you can tell that customers are few and far between at this shop and I guess thats why you can always find so many items on sale here. The quality of the clothes isnt always fantastic, I have bought a few items and found them to be see through which is not ideal. So always try on the clothes first. Also I have found that some of the clothes do lose their shape easily in the wash so they really are throw away clothes, unfortunately their prices do not reflect this.

Apart from this the shop has a great range of clothing and at a reasonable price and well worth dropping in to the shop.
