Friendly people and great prices. My car runs great and I've had it for years, all family owed and very understanding people.

I coordinated with Jonathan after my vehicle needed major work after a deer accident. The repair covered the front half of my car. Most of the initial work turned out ok - but I had to follow up numerous times to get the hood seated and painted properly. First main issue was the hood did not line up with the body on each side of the car and it rattled excessively (so the shop fixed that portion and claimed it was OEM issue from Honda - OK) Second main issue - paint spot/debris/dip buildup on the top of the hood (to sum it up - not a great paint job and I know sometimes things can happen but this was too sloppy - I've seen better elsewhere). On the 3rd attempt after picking up the car - Jonathan mentioned to not rub the hood or put much pressure on it since the paint was still fresh. Well on the same day on the way home, the paint on top of the hood gets damaged due to debris from road. In my 30 yrs of driving several cars - I've never had this issue. The paint had not properly been CURED yet Jonathan released it. This is not rocket science - Had the shop kept the car for another day or two, this would not of happened. I was told to call back if I had any issue and when I did - I got nothing but excuses. He wouldn't offer to repair or touch it up. If this is how you do business - I will never use your shop again and I have let Geico know of your poor business. I hope this review gives some insight to others considering using this shop.

I had some minor damage and abrasions to my car when my garage door came down on it. I called…read moreseveral places in the rock hill and Charlotte area receiving quotes ranging from $800-$1100 to repaint the rear bumper. I stumbled on this company through Yelp and decided to give Brandon a call based on the reviews. Not only was Brandon able to beat those prices, he also gave me options when it came to the repair. He was very polite, friendly and informative. He answered all of the questions I had and was able to schedule me quickly for the following week. Brandon did a fantastic job on my car. It took him about 1hr 15 to repaint it and I barely even knew he was there. The paint job itself looks exceptional. I was a little worried because I have a tri-color pearl paint and the blending process requires a bit more skill (according to YouTube lol) but it turned out great. I honestly cannot tell it was repainted. I will be contacting Brandon in the future for any paint repair needs I may have! I highly recommend him and his team.

From that point forward he was unresponsive or when he showed up was not prepared or did not show up when he said he would. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we made repeated text messages with him indicating that he would indeed be here today at 10:00 to complete the repair . He indicated that indeed he would be here today. He was not. The issue is the owner of the vehicle has to take off work thus losing money to make these appointments . He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . Apparently, a lot can happen in the year .
