I have a modified street car that had a bad flex plate. I asked if this is something they could look at. Brandon said "bring it over and we will look at it". Joe the Master Tech looked and listened and said he can correct the issue, ask I could leave it so he could put it on the rack. I did, they did a complete inspection of the car, took videos of the issues, found some other issues, corrected those, got the car back in perfect condition and running like a brand new car. AWESOME folks, Brandon (front desk), Joe (Master Tech) and Steven (owner) all fantastic. Kept me completely informed of the progress. Very pleased with them. Joe asked me to drive it a few hundred miles and bring it back (no charge) just to double check all of the repairs. How awesome is that. Mike K. Burleson, TX.

I tell them its the fuel pump module, but they say they'll have to do another diagnostic on it anyways. Then they say it's gonna cost $1700!! A new fuel pump is $100 and it's like a hour job to fix. I'm a roofing salesman, and former car salesman and I've never dealt with more honest and up front…read moresales people than Ernesto and Dylan. If you've got time to read my story, read on. After a friend of mine who was stationed in Germany moved back to ft hood in the same weekend his family lost their home and his step father in a fire. In part to this it was causing money to be tight for Chris. Helping his family out, his own moving expenses, and on top of that he absolutely needed a car to go back and forth from ft hood to Mansfield. 21, didn't have bad credit but certainly not an extensive history. So we went to autonation and were out right lied to being told he needed a 20% interest rate on a 10 year old truck with over 100k and no options, which started a big fight between the salesman and I. We left, and EC was the last stop before we gave up for the day. Let me tell you how awesome these guys did. At the other dealer did they care that Chris was active duty? No. Did EC? Absolutely. The other dealer, did they care he just lost his father and didn't have much cash? Nope. Ernesto helped. Did the other dealer care that Chris had a long drive to see his family on the weekends? Nope. That's where Dylan came in and landed him on a fully loaded diesel Passat for $100 less per month than he was expecting to pay. These guys were so wonderful that today I brought Chris's mom in and traded her fiat for a Cadillac TWO YEARS NEWER for only $20 more per month than she was paying. AND her credit had tanked since the fire. And they're even throwing in a new set of tires for the car! If you need a car, this is absolutely the place to get one. In all my years in this business I've never seen a dealership work with you like they do on your down payment and your monthly payment, even to go so far as to pay less than you would at any other dealer. If you have bad credit they don't treat you like some poor person or an idiot, you get respect which is why I will tell everyone to come here. Period.

DON'T COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR OR YOUR TIME!!…read more Don't come here for an alignment. You will get your car back in a worse condition than when you dropped it off. I dropped my car off at the Firestone on Wilshire at 1:30pm. They told me it would take about an hour and that there was 1 person ahead of me. I got my car back at 6:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed, almost 5 and a half hours later. They told me my car was all good and that the alignment was done. They didn't give me the alignment report and my steering wheel was now crooked. My car is only 3 years old and I've kept up with all maintenance. I then take my car back the next morning at 7:30am so they can fix the steering wheel they messed up. They then tell me it will probably take until around 12:00pm. At that point I just take my car to the Firestone on McCart where I learn that my alignment is not good at all. The Firestone on McCart then fixes the alignment and the steering wheel in only 1 hour. The picture attached shows the report the 2nd Firestone gave me. It shows that the "Before" measurements are way out of spec even though the Firestone on 1681 SW Wilshire Blvd just did my alignment and told me it was "all good". August 15, 2026

Knowing it's not an $800 job we brought it home and i removed the starter. Brought the starter up to an Autozone to have it bench tested and the starter is perfectly fine across all tests. Annoying I had to remove it to find that out but it is what it is. Just thought I would give a friendly warning to all of those who think about using them.
