My main complaint, however, is with the Dr and the billing. Twice now I have been billed for services not provided. An oversize? Maybe. But being a franchise that they are, I think it is uncharging. Why charge for one lesion freeze-off when you can charge for two?! The Doctor spends less than 5 minutes with me doing a "whole body" skin check yearly. That is billed at $350 to insurance. I almost $200 for that three minutes. Then he freezes one lesion with liquid nitrogen. That costs $200 (+). They say these freeze another lesion and that is another $20-40 depending on size and location. By the way. They never froze a second session but they certainly did bill for it. That just happened this June. Two years ago I was billed $500 for a second incised (cut out) lesion after one was frozen. Problem is that a second lesion was not cut out . It never happened. I even had to get on the phone with the main office in TX and tell them that this did not happen. The Dr I talked to there even questioned my memory (it supposedly had happened one month prior). I told the Dr in TX that if I had a cut on my face that it would still be visible and I was willing to show my face and the lack of healing wound. She finally believed me. It is the high prices, low amount of service and the possible fraud that has me looking elswhere.

The bed keeps one awake! First night after surgery drugs in my system helped me sleep through it but last night had to stay up reading and get some sleep sitting up. It's the motor that powers the air bed. Somebody should get fired over this purchasing decision.sure it sounded like a great bed but the motor is right by your head and never stops. It's like a siren all the time. Restorative sleep is needed after surgery. You won't get it here. Wonderful staff and they all know about the problem. Everyone complains and can't sleep. I would not choose St. Mary's again if I need to stay the night.

You'll have a severe ambulatory medical event in the wilderness that requires you to be ambulanced in, then you'll sit in the waiting room in a wheelchair unable to move for four hours, then by the time somebody sees you, all of your symptoms will be gone. Then they will decide that the best treatment for you is to do a drug test to make sure you aren't on drugs. Well, they figured out. I wasn't on drugs and I am not a drug user, but unfortunately they didn't figure out what was wrong with me because they let the symptoms go away. I could probably give you a lot more horror stories. Basically go to community or family health West. I only ended up here because the EMTs believed that I was having a neurological issue and no one else has neurology. Well I'll never know if it was neurological because all I got was a drug test.

When in depth questions were asked, one staff member rolled her eyes when I had concerns over cost discussions. I had concerns about surgery. A person should be able to feel free to have questions answered. When I advised my observations about the Clinic caring more about income than patient care, this did not go over well. When asked if I wanted to complete the surgery, I said I needed to consider. The doctor told me he would not perform it. I made the correct choice not staying with this Clinic. I saw another XV doctor who ensured the surgery would be of benefit by having me wear compression stockings for a month to ensure the surgery would be of benefit. This Clinic said most don't wear as prescribed so we would forgo and move direct to surgery. I wish this Clinic well, but I made the correct choice to seek this type of care elsewhere. I've heard rave reviews about their cosmetic work though.

The ultrasound technician and back office personnel were very kind and professional. I have visited his office three times in the past month, and I'm sad to say that each time I had to interact with his office manager Lisa, she was condescending, curt, and dismissive. It was a best/worst case experience. Great doctor. Lousy office office manager.
