I would never use burns realator in rio rico arizona. Norma was the worst. We added 3,500 to the loan to get a mission tile roof. After are lot the builder was building on it did not pass perc test. She said it would be in our best interest ,she would transfer us to another lot same builder. Which was not. The house was set in a draw where their is no views. Because of covid and people buying and our time frame we had no choice, also She said the new lot was further along. Well after waiting another few months and transferring and redoing paperwork she wanted another 1,000 dollars. Eventually she said she would give e us the 1,000 dollars back at closing. Then at closing she said she would not do that. Ok so we ended up with a santa fe house not to r expectations and no mission tile roof. I spoke with the builder and he said norma never mentioned it and norma said it was jist forgotten
