It's a huge industrial looking building which can be a little intimidating but there are plenty of signs to help you in the right direction. Picking up packages is fuss-free, just hand over your collection card and id and you're good to go.

The only problem is they had shipped it back to the UK without even notifying me. I cannot begin to describe how appalling the service is at this office. It should be closed down.

The assistant, Sally, who was super friendly and polite, was kind enough to telephone me later in the day when the parcel arrived. This is exceptional service from a post office, or any business for that matter. Thanks so much. I highly recommend this post office.
