Definitely a judgement free zone like the previous review states. They have a such a large variety of gym equipment more so than other gyms in the area. Only downside is it can be a bit crowded (but what gym in this area isn't) we like to go to the gym when no one's there lol. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use.

Even ChatGPT says nothing about the referring member. Based on this, I referred 3 of my friends, and they all signed up on the same day. Now I'm being told by staff that the referral program only applies during my first month as a member. This was never mentioned anywhere--not on the website, not on the referral sheet, and not verbally when I asked about it beforehand. Before referring my friends, I even called the gym to confirm the details, and no one mentioned this limitation. During my friends' sign-ups, the sales rep took my information (email and phone number) and assured me he would submit everything to management and that I'd hear back within a week. I never received any communication. When I followed up, I was told that only one of my referrals was counted. What happened to the other two? There has been no clear explanation. At this point, it feels like the gym is trying to avoid honoring the 1-year free membership reward. The written terms only refer to the qualifying referrals and say nothing about restrictions on the referring member's membership timeline. This situation is frustrating and misleading, and feels like they are cheating their way out of the perk.

She's a BIG part of the reason I joined immediately after taking a tour. However, it sounded like that person hadn't even been in the gym so I am unsure why that person even posted (strange). This is such an amazing workout & the classes offered, virtually, range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes so I can always find time for at least 1! I love shedding all the toxins out of my body with the infrared heat and leave there knowing I got an amazing workout in less time than I would have at my previous gym. BEWARE of the Planet Fitness corporation!…read more I have never signed any contract with Planet Fitness and i have never stepped foot in this purple gym but they are charging me $30.31 this month. I called PF corporate office in Austin TX and they have refused to stop billing me and have refused to cancel the ghost membership. I was originally with TFF in Fort Worth, then they transferred me to Watauga, and now PF has transfered me to Denton County! PF states i must drive to Denton from Fort Worth to cancel in person. Planet Fitness has also refused to give me their corporate mailing address so i can send them a cease and desist letter. How unethical to slam and transfer memberships, increase the monthly charges, add on service fees of $20 per month, and then refuse to tell me their address. There is a good reason why Planet Fitness is hiding their location. My next stop is the Texas Attorney General office.
