Two days of reading reviews for Endodontist in my area and things weren't looking good. I came across Soft Touch Endodontics and decided to give them a try based on their name. I drove almost a hour to get to their Suwannee office and from the time I walked through the door I felt like I had made a good choice. The office is beautifully decorated which aided in calming me somewhat and Camila was just a kind and pleasant as she was when I called to make my appointment. I was escorted to the examination room, had routine blood pressure (which was extremely high due to my anxiety) and temperature taken and X-rays of the tooth needing treatment. Dr. Davis came in and introduced herself and thanked me for choosing their office. Dr. Davis gentle touch, soft voice and friendliness immediately made me feel safe in the chair and confident that I was in the right place. She throughly explained what steps I needed to do next. I left feeling calm and pain free. Thank you Dr. Davis and your wonderful staff for making me feel welcomed and especially for eliminating the anxiety I usually have during dental appointments. When I went for my initial exam, I informed them I was experiencing pain on my front and a molar. They only took an image of my front teeth, did not take an Xray of my molar and moved on. As I was on my way to my 11am appointment they called me 9 minutes before to let me know they were running behind and asked me to come in at 11:30. I am also a dental assistant and understand but I expected to be seen as soon as 11:30. When I arrived they still made me wait another 30 min and ended up wanting me to reschedule since I had to be out by 12:30. They have no respect for the time of others and made me lose time from work to come sit around in their lobby. They also don't check insurance codes properly so be sure to check up with your insurance and confirm what they're charging you is correct. I will not reschedule with an office that does not take into consideration the time of others. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
