I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.

They didn't greet me or offer to help me and I had to stand there waiting by the changing rooms for someone to open it for me...I waited over 5 minutes. I will say the prices and variety and items is great which is why I ended up purchasing the lighter pair of jeans. However even at check out they didn't speak to me except to offer me a credit card. I would go back for the prices but not for the service.

While inside the room I heard a lady right outside the door loudly say "I'm watching these shop lifters in the fitting room" assuming she was talking to another employee but said it so to make it very clear everyone in the fitting rooms that we were being suspected of stealing. I came out and obviously put every item of clothing back on the rack because I refuse to buy from a store whose manager wants to accuse people of stealing. I was very upset because I was going to buy at least 6 different items of clothing but after hearing what she said I just left. Not before confronting her for what she blatantly said. She brushed me off and denied accusing me of anything. Needless to say, I shop at this store weekly because it's close by and I spent a good amount there. I am so appalled at how a manager would treat customers it makes me sick. No wonder no one ever shops there and it's basically empty all the time. I will be reporting her and I hope she changes her attitude and apologizes to me for such thoughtless accusations.

The dressing room seemed to be going through so disorganization? I'm guessing they are still moving holiday displays out the way? It was free from clothing but looked more like make shift storage. She takes over her room with at least 4 dresses and makes the place her runway. Love that these places have so many mirrors and fashionable associates that will locate good accessories that you must grab. Even when the gate closed and a long line - associates remained kind and helpful. This location rocks.
