I told her to apply the 15%. She asked me if I put my phone number in. I said I did. She rings me up and then said, I know you don't qualify for the 15%, but I gave it to you anyway. How would SHE KNOW this, when she did not ask for ID? I then said I DO QUALIFY for this. Do you want to see my ID? She said no. I didn't want to offend you. If she didn't want to offend me, she should not have said anything. So, so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was so taken back by this. She basically was calling me a liar. I hope BEALLS will have a training session with ALL of their employees to ensure this NEVER happens AGAIN!!!!!

I used to go to Mexico City and Acapulco yearly. And in my early 20s, when I went to a restaurant over and over and over. Eventually they would say to me very kindly. You need to order that in Spanish. You're in Mexico and I only say this because. At once, was there a network? I heard they were talking to an employer. It was a special announcement and it was in Spanish. Are you kidding? I really think it's favorable for America to have people from other counthe. One thing to qualify you ISIS that you can't speak english. You are willing to learn english. It's very frustrating at the store and as the months of been going on more and more Spanish and I have Spanish friends. I have all Japanese friends and when I go to another country. I at least try key keywords so I can kind of get my idea across to them. You need to really. Look at what you're doing to the store. Higher all the Spanish people you want, but require them to be able to communicate. And the reason is we have a lot elderly. Not only are they elderly, they don't turn their hearing names on. I asked about whether Medicare would pay for it and was told they don't bill Medicare, but I could file the claim myself. I submitted a claim with Medicare and it was denied since MDS does not have a Medicare Supplier number. Now I'm out a LOT of money! MDS does not "guarantee" that Medicare will pay, but what they should say is that they WON'T pay because they don't participate. If I had know this before I made such a large purchase, I would have ordered the exact same thing for the exact same price from Amazon, where I WOULD have been reimbursed (Plus Amazon would have delivered it to my door for free and not charged me a $200 delivery fee-which MDS does) Silly me for trying to support a local company!
