It surely wasn't dropped off that way. Brought it back and they did not have the proper belt but ordered ordered one right. They asked me to bring it back again to put it on however I had to cover the belt cost. The right thing to do would to be send a mechanic to my house and have it put on for free. This wasn't my mistake and the mechanic himself said "sorry" when I was there. Not coming back.
