Shoes tried on and left on the floors, clothes pulled of the hangers and left on the floor, merchandise left all over the area before getting to check out. How hard is it to try on a pair shoes and put them back on the shelf! This is totally unfair to the staff and other customers. As with other malls in the metro, this was a mall that was wheezing and hacking it's way to the morgue but suddenly, to the credit of the developers here, it changed. A combination of a well placed Target, a plush movie theater remodel with reclining leather seats, and then the coup de gras, a Trader Joe's has made this place relevant. I will say the east side of the mall parking lot is nightmare fuel. It's too condensed and the whole lot lacks any real flow. Tread cautiously. The west side of the mall is more my jam as you can pop into Gary Gribble's Running Store, Starbucks, and a handful of other good spots with relative ease. It still has that weird, echoey mall vibe when you're in the heart of it, but it's not quite as massive as some other malls that are now memories.
