We walked up to the entrance and immediately noticed 2 ROSS security staff standing near the center desk area. Great to see because loss prevention should be at top of every retailers priority. We showed them our cash register receipts as we left the store. Inside, the assortment of clothing and home goods was mediocre. Many rack were organized into categories and easy to find different sizes within the departments. The staff, especially the head cashier, was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Yes, you do need a membership to shop there but this is where many of the restaurants in the Valley and in surrounding states (you'll see trucks with NY and NJ plates here) shop due to the their selection and quality. What you'll find is that almost all of their items have to be bought in bulk but the savings is better than sales in a supermarket. As far as safety in this store, you need to pay attention to shoppers with their carts sometimes piled up to their eyes and the forklifts occasionally driving down the aisles (the aisles are wide enough to accommodate them) but they honk before coming to a corner and safety is assured. As for wet spots, they do post signs if something is spilled but someone may need to report that to staff. There is no "freezer" for people walk through as the freezer is off limits to shoppers and only accessibly by staff. This is a great store with great employees and the value is unbeatable. Mike D.

The two negative rubs here are that they are usually lightly staffed at the registers which means that there is almost always a wait to checkout and that wait is exaggerated by the heavy handed push most of the staff usually engage in to have you join their membership dork club. It's cool that they participate in fund raisers for schools where they give a certain percentage of one night's sales to that school/organization. I mean you always knew the stuff here was marked up anyway but at least now some of it goes to a good cause. I don't give a toss about the WiFi or about the Starbucks (always crowded) so I can't comment on the quality of either.
