The staff is always helpful and even when busy checkout is not too bad. However, on my most recent visit (1st weeek of October 2025), everything looked very disorganized and frankly, a little trashy. On the Home Goods side, there are carts of stuff sitting out that makes it hard to get by with a cart and difficult to browse. The reorganization on the TJ Maxx side isnt good either. Not sure if there's been a management change or what, but it needs to go back to the way it was. Thank you.

Worst customer service at this location…read more We love Sierra and shop there often - but the Colorado Springs store has the worst customer service and we wont be back. The staff is rude, learned apparently from the manager. Had been treated poorly there in the past. Then today, aside from being ignored in line by 3 staff members, including the manager, who were doing nothing, standing around with only one nice gal trying to help everyone and apologizing to all. Then we had recently purchased a an Avalanche dog cot/bed that quickly ripped apart. We did not have our receipt but read online we could exchange or get store credit. They still had the product in stock, so tags and info were available. They would not honor the exchange. We were told she couldn't do anything for us. Seriously? Why not?? We will make the drive and shop up in Castle Rock from now on. We have always been treated well up there. I suggest you do the same.

First off, let me start by saying I LOVE target; I just don't enjoy shopping in this location and don't visit it often unless I absolutely have to. The lay out is a little cramped, but I understand is a smaller store. I think they may be understaffed as the floor is always a mess and things are just laying around everywhere. The only reason I'm giving them two star instead of one is because they do have a pretty well stocked toy section which was impressive considering the rest of the store looks like it's been torn by a tornado. So if you need to buy a toy - this is a great option - other wise, drive to the cheyenne location or briargate location.

No one was rude to her, no one argued, and there was zero reason for the attitude. If "doing your job" means snapping at customers who are being respectful, that's a pretty low bar. Customer service isn't that hard: be polite. Unfortunately, Stella made what should've been a normal interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience we expected.

The store manager in Colorado Springs is mean. She accused me of putting the tags back on the dress in the wrong location as if I would have damaged it myself and then returned it. She and her associates ganged up on me and were threatening me, who was the customer! I'm a grandmother and it was a bit scary to me. Why does society not speak up these days, but instead continue to support businesses like that, as if the customer is bad for asking for a refund or complaining about a product they paid money for that they can't use because it's damaged or defective; like it's just ok to be taken advantage of! I had other issues with them not honoring returns in the past but didn't learn my lesson until now. If my review isn't convincing enough just read other reviews on Dillard's. I've always been a fan of the grocery pick up and even more so now during COVID-19. I am so impressed with how they are handling the influx in shoppers and the decline of product availability. The employees are all wearing masks and doing everything they can to keep themselves and the customers safe. Checking out, I love that they have so many self service check out lanes with the conveyor belts, Scan and Go lanes. I am one of those weird people that like to bag my own groceries so I know that the cleaning product isn't going to touch the bread and the raw meat isn't going to touch the cereal. Ya, I know... I'm a little neurotic. They also have a couple check out lanes with cashiers if you're not into touching the plastic bag until it contains your goodies. No judgements here. Anyhow, hot tip while times are tough. If your having issues finding all the items you want while shopping for grocery pick up. Try choosing a date later in the week (4-5 days out) with an early AM time slot (NOT the at-risk time, unless you truly qualify for that, please). You can add to your groceries until 1:45am the morning of pick up allowing you to add items at any time. It's best to try to add any forgotten items or items initially out of stock, the night before you pick up. Seems like they have the most updated inventory at that time and you may finally get your choice of beef, toilet paper and so on.
