They screwed up an order for a TV antenna…read moreand today screwed up an order by not delivering it on time. 3 emails told me they could not deliver my order plus tip to me today, as emails promised when I ordered. Walmart support told me they had no drivers. Either way, this is the 2nd and last cancelation of Walmart+ that will occur. I cannot allow Walmart to continue to take money and abuse its customers from this (being the default and closest location in the Walmart app) location. I had to cancel the $200 order plus Walmart+. I was offered a $15 code, which was refused. I was also offered 6 months of free Walmart+, which was also refused. I also deleted my Walmart account. Meijer charges $10 to deliver overpriced items, at a smaller size. I have to go with them. I would shop Krogier ("expensive for everyone!" and "priceier than pricey!"), but the puppets lie about the deals on TV and they collect too much info on you and your health by what you buy. I tried to give them a chance again. Got burnt the 1st day back. Reordered Walmart+ a 2nd time. I regret it. Soooooo lllooooonnnngggggg Walmart. Too much drama to fix!

They were priced at 109.00 on the shelf and I asked for a price match. The large stature gentleman with a beard standing behind the checkout immediately told the cashier and me that he doesn't care what the website says, we don't price match, not even if it's our own web price online. He was a bit aggressive, so I took my business somewhere else. He then says I will take 10 dollars off. No thank you, it's cheaper on Amazon but I didn't want to wait. Waste of gas and time. I guess I will call him next time we go shopping and ask him to check the price on items I plan on shopping for before I head there. Make sure he can confirm the price advertised matches the price marked at the store. It's experiences like this and attitudes like he put off that make people want to shop online rather than retail stores. If you don't want to deal with someone asking a simple question, find another job. This guy was the manager, great employee role model to your employees.

For where they are located (it used to be a Carter Lumberyard) I was expecting more of a selection of items. And quite honestly, their prices were kind of high! I looked at a table that was clearly preloved (it had scratches and some other minor cosmetic damages) and they had it priced for $99! I literally did a double take hoping I misread it but it was really priced for 100 bones. Um, no thanks. Overall the selection was nil and the overall appearance of the store was run down. They could make the place a little more inviting instead of having it look as unappealing as it is in its current state. I know resale shops are hit and miss for finds but with the little bit of items I saw for I'm surprised they were as packed as they were.
